Pool and spa chemicals that are considered water reactive include chlorine-based products like calcium hypochlorite (Cal Hypo), dichloro-s-triazinetrione (Dichlor), and trichloro-s-triazinetrione (Trichlor), which can react violently when mixed with water, especially if combined with other pool chemicals; essentially, any form of chlorine tablet or granular chlorine is considered water reactive to some degree due to the release of hypochlorous acid when contacting water.

I WOULD NOT WANT TO LIVE WITHIN A HUNDRED MILES OF THAT PLACE OR ANY OTHER PLACE WITH SUCH DANGEROUS CHEMICALS.
I ALSO WOULD NOT WANT TO BE NEAR ANY RAILROAD THAT TRANSPORTS DANGEROUS SUBSTANCES❤❤❤❤❤

Wonder how it happened. I suppose someone is going to play the blame game though. These things happen every now and then. Something failed.
