Aside from the fact that the first image is its relative Teratornis, the idea of them being a scavenger is pretty much outdated. They likely didn't looked just like a scaled up vulture / condor and also likely spent much of their time on the ground looking for small animals. I suggest checking the recent well done video made by Henry the Paleoguy.

I love this guy not only because I like prehistoric animals, but I also play Ark, and know most of these creatures from it. the way ark portrays these birds are alot bigger than I've just learned

I honesty thought they would be a tiny bit bigger almost a bit more bigger then humans but nun the less still terryfying and if these creatures would exist would they terrorize us? Weapons would be more useful then
