Julliette, Love 🥰 the slow controlled movements. I can really concentrate and feel that muscle working until it pinches....but ....I dont quit. The only way to muscle up is to push myself more. It hurts a little and, as long as I dont tip over I keep going. My body feels amazing 🤟. Also, great glute work out. That was my favorite.💙💜💚

Здравствуйте. Жесткая тренировка 🔥🔥👍. Работал Вашим весом гантелей 😅😅😢😂, очень круто и весомо. Здорово, что мощный коврик, очень люблю, особенно 41.56, когда вытягиваешься неповторимые ощущения, проблемы возникли на 50.30 с правой стороной 😮😄🤣.
