Leg 30 of a special Idaho Backcountry Flying section of my around the world trip in MSFS 2020. We’re back in our new Kodiak 100 for his short leg, taking more passengers from Chamberlain USFS into nearby Root Ranch. A late Spring dusting of snows adds some beauty and challenge to our landing at Root Ranch, and we pick up some company as a Cessna follows along and supplies a little added entertainment. Short bush trip using GPS and pilotage and dead reckoning. Enjoy.

Call out is generally ‘upstream’ or ‘downstream’….great way to practice! MS2020.

5:00 Warranty include picking pine cones out of the undercarriage? Saw that you picked up the Kitfox. Oh, and that checkerboard pattern on the MFD map display is a bug from loading Bijan Habashi Terrain Masks. Have you tried the ^ LOD with Google Map Replacement Tool? Amazing in many areas.
