I am fallowing a shamanic path in my practice its celtic and havnt gotten far but im reading by oak, ash, and thorn i know alot of practices were lost because it was taught verbally but its an interesting and spiritual experience.

Until youv been to a real tribal rave, where you have to hike 2 hours u to the woods at night. Usually in large groups in the boreal forest of Northern Sask. Me and a friend decided we would hike alone. The sounds were deceiving from the water around us. The light they generated wasn't. We brought our booz, no one changed the music, but later on we consumed mushrooms.broufht to us. We swam in a weedy lake at night. That's all I remember, going into the water. Afterwords I was said to jumonaround a huge fire with people for 2 hours straight. Probably burnt 3000 cals. I'm 6'3, 260 lbs. Not overly chubby, a but of muscle. This.... can be healthy.
