There’s a difference between owning a cafe and a restaurant, so I’m not surprised that dunhill had the best food. With a cafe, the expectations aren’t all too high, since the offerings are more casual. However, with a restaurant- especially one serving ethnic cuisine, there must be a certain level of care to ensure the dish is a celebration, not appropriation, of the respective culture
