"He accuses me of assault and the judge sides with him" And does so presumably solely due to the fact that he is a gov employee and not due to a shred of evidence. This is one of the failings both in the ethics and morality of our judges and in the very nature of our legal system that people are regularly convicted with absolutely no evidence. If a cop doesn't like you all he has to do is lie to a judge to get you fined, thrown in jail, or worse.


Judges who do this should be in prison for doing it as should be the cops.
