Can you please help me 😩 I bought a home and they left these beautiful koi I've tried and successfully kept them alive during hurricane Helene I called so many places but because I live in the middle of no where I can not get some to come clean this pond😭 there's pollen inside now and I can barely see the fish idk if I can drain it with the fish inside idk where to put them if I take them out and idk anything about temperature changes
