Wow, just a phenomenal script. I understand the title of this drama love next door. It is not just pertaining to the main actors or the co-actors it’s just that love next-door the community in which they are in called family.

I love the topics cancer, death of a spouse, some form of Alzheimer’s or dementia and all of these are the topics real life people are dealing with thank you so much for not rushing through these common diseases that real life people deals with very thought out thank you.

For the heartfelt compassion, love, frustration, anger, loneliness, confusion what a great storyline

But most of all I love that you guys are taking your time to tell the story and it’s not a sit down to three hours, but I love it’s something that you can look forward to a good movie reality check .

Her fiance had no empathy or compassion for her when she became depressed. He said he couldn’t cope with it. He just wanted her to return to her usual vibrant, happy self. He was not there for her when she needed him most. He may have stood my her side until then, but he couldn’t or wouldn’t stand by her side in her darkest moments. He got impatient and exasperated with her, not understanding why she would fall to depression. Or course she should turn him down. He only proposed again because she had gotten back on her feet and didn’t seem depressed any more, after returning to Korea in the bosom and comfort of her family and friends.😢

A troubling aspect with bringing a serious illness, like cancer or heart, disease, organ transplants, into a drama- I don’t care what culture - the drama give the illusion that there is a right way to react. There are right things to do or say. The last time I looked real life does not come with the script.

“ you got cancer you didn’t tell us—do you know how horrible you are?” Really?

She personally was in a scary place and how does one go to your dearest loved ones and ask them to share the journey.

Well, I want to see how they work this out, but right now it seems a little one-sided with blame game.
