Best short tutorial I’ve found. My tips for this trick would be:
1. Get good at juggling low like he said
2. Get the concept and skill to get your foot around the ball, at various heights
3. Practice bounce, spin touch, around then back down to the ground
4. Once you get step 3 completed move on to starting with a juggle and then continuing it afterward

I did it in 2 days, the first was just getting the leg swing and the second I put it together by practicing the spin touch.
For the spin touch it’s not hitting it sideways, just on the side of your foot as you start the swing motion.
Hope these help anyone and it just comes down to the amount of time you put into it.
