Sir I have some concerns I wish you can give me advice.
My landlord handover me the Apartment without informing me that the unit have unsettled huge amount bill from old tenant. I reported it to dewa but I was surprised when the dewa told me that my landlord file case against me which is illegal dewa connection? I am the victim how can I depend myself
