I think this is my 4th time reviewing this video. Great points/tips:

1. Set your standards and expectations high
2. Always be honest, transparent and consistent
3. Communicate regularly with your team
4. Implement workplace values - laydown the ground rules
5. Conduct performance reviews every 6 months
6. Delegate tasks to the right team members
7. Always praise good work performance
8. Make decisions based on the strategic goals of the ogranization
9. When making a decision, doing NOTHING can be an option (it's ok to observe the situation)
10. Make sure you have a plan of action for the first 90 days within your new management role
11. Tackle conflict and underperformance quickly
