For me Absolute grip is made to be more cost effective and long lasting while Supergrip is a game day glove kinda like the URG 2.0 compared to the 1.0 from Adidas

Both seem to help in catching the ball comfortably. Absolutgrip is just more affordable for keepers on a budget.

For me the supergrip is the best and I also have the absolute grip but for me I’ll go for the absolute grip bc it’s more chipper and still great

I use absolute grip for training and supergrip for match, and the difference is huge, in the end both have great grip if you have the correct technique

had the super grip, and didn’t use it in a single match. a drop of water and the grip is completely gone and the ball is extremely slippery in your hands. After about 2 practices, the grip is not even close to what it was coming out of the packaging and even after washing it just isn’t the same. for the cost of the gloves, i’m extremely disappointed in these gloves.

I hope this helps but for me I play on turf / astro ground and trained and played with the same glove (which I don’t do anymore) and the supergrip wore out “super” quickly relative to the absolutgrip. I actually performed better with the absolutgrip due to the glove model having a more solid backhand.

I bought a pair of absolute grip… really great glove like it a lot but the thing is the fields were I play are absolute garbage and they absorbe dirt a lot even if I wash them a lot… but I payed 65$ cad (45€) so I can’t complain but if you play on bad quality pitch, keep in mind that they are going to accumulate dirt faster than a classic contact latex for example

I like the absolute grip but I'm also to the more classic one and I have a pair of super soft uhlsport gloves

So I would say use absolute grip on most games, and super grip o. More important games because the super grip will most likely se it’s grip faster so probaly don’t use super grip while training or something

Technique over grip any day so for me absolute grip is better option if youre not sponsored or super rich to afford new pair of supergrip every 2-3 weeks 😅 .. absolute grip is an absolute beast for under a 90€ price..
