very good. this short video presents the "reality" of infrastructure in India. And the most telling statistic is that while govt. has spent 80 lakh crores in the last 10 years the m-cap of infra stocks is a mere 4 lakh cores. So much of hype around infra is over done. Infra projects are actually quite capital intensive and not labor intensive and hence their multiplier effect is quite low. In fact must be lower than services. Most infra stocks are trading at multiple year lows. many have eroded considerable wealth. Even NHAI' s debt has increased over 5 times in the last 5 years to the extent it is no longer in position to fund any new projects. Most infra loans have turned NPA 's . Please follow this up with a more detailed analysis.
