If you feel plucking eyebrows with tweezer is painful, put some moisturizer first on skin area. It will less irritates and brows get off more easily too

A little tip that helped me is to pluck your eyebrows mainly at the root and not the stem (if you understand what I mean) it'll hurt less this way and will leave a cleaner look.

i’ve been plucking since i was 12 (16 now) and they don’t really hurt anymore but also what helps is to pull the skin taut (idk if i spelled it right lol) i’ve noticed it helps pull the entire root instead of half the hair

apply ice on the area you want to pluck for like 5-10mins. it works for me

Why would you cut the hair and then tweeze it after??? It is much easier to tweeze long hair than short one.
