99P MR WHIPPY - the Cheapest we've found

Who remembers when you could go to an ice cream van on a British summer's day afternoon and buy a mr whippy cone for 99P?

Well we can remember these days, but they seem to be a distant memory.

we often find that in london or manchester city centres ice cream vans can be charging as much as £4 for a humble mr whippy ice cream.

ice creams should still be 99p in our opinion, so we are taking on the challenge of searching the whole of the UK for a mr whippy ice cream that is sold for 99p.

do you think we will be able to find one?

This video is a round up of all of the UK towns and cities we have been to and a summary of the cheapest ice cream we have found up and down the country so far.

we travel to Liverpool, Morecambe, Leeds, Manchester, Salford, blackpool & the Lake District in the north of england to see if we can find some 99p 99 mr whippy walls ice cream.

We have visited all of these cities and towns in 2023, so this is up to date information

we also find some strawberry sauce too and we have to have a chocolate flake.

They cost 50-60p where i am and sprinkles and some random blue and red sour sauce is free but with a flake its £1.00, and in my area the trucks have both normal and waffle cones and i think it costs even less if you get it in a cup (the servings are massive af)

At Ikea you can get a soft serve for 75 pence, doesnt come with a flake though

In Haslingden it’s 1:10 with flake and 1 without

At the wightlink ferry terminal in Southampton there is an ice cream truck that sells them for genuinely 99p (the park to the right of it)

In Albania you can buy one for around 0.40p
