About damn time you made it to Texas's coastline. Now you just need to learn to find them properly in ankle deep water... time to buy a shallow sport haha

Couple redfish tips. Don’t be afraid to slow way down and let your bait just sit on the bottom. Notice their mouth is in the bottom of their face they want to eat things off the bottom (crabs, shrimp, etc). Letting them find it will be the best case scenario. In the winter the fish slow way down and get spooked easily so working that bait fast around those shallow fish will scare them. A lot of the techniques will be similiar to what you through for small mouth a lot of finesse swimbaits. But don’t have to swim them, dragging and bouncing are very effective. Lastly don’t be afraid to use lit tackle. The go to is a 2500 reel with 10-15lb braid to a Fluor leader on a 7’ rod in the 6-12lb range. These a lot to learn but that should give you a good starting point.

Bro today's so weird, my other fave youtube fisherman, Lawson Lindsay, usually does saltwater fishing (So do I mostly), except he decided to go Bass fishing on today's video.
