How to Create Pluggable Database PDB from PDB$SEED template

Creating Pluggable Database (PDB) from PDB$SEED template

1. Create a new folder and name it as your pdb.
2. Connect to container database.
3. Alter session set to that path file of new folder.
4. Creating pluggable name pdb3.
5. Selecting con id , name , open mode , dbid , and con uid from pdbs.
6. Creating a new connection for the new pluggable database.
7. Connecting pluggable database as sysdba.
