The fact that he began the interview with how they met when Lisa was 7 and he was 17 and not even knowing how that could be misinterpreted, Lisa having to say they didn't remain in contact just goes to show how innocent and naïve he was and how the media abused that side of him for their own malicious intent.

This is most likely my favourite interview of Michael. He's so strong, so confident and kind of sassy here - not that he wasn't in other interviews, but if you take a look at other conversations with him, there was that sad, melancholic touch in his voice which is completely gone in this interview here. I think Lisa Marie really benefited him at that time. He's just handling unpleasant questions in such a classy way, it's enormously impressive.

For those attacking Lisa, She left the father of her children, she left her family unit to be with Michael. At a very critical time in Michael's life, through 93 accusations she was there with him despite her mother's ( and the entire world's) disapproval. The whole world was mocking and judging her for being with Michael. They thought she had some ulterior motive. That's why she keeps clarifying that "no I didn't marry Michael for a career, for money, for fame. I married him because I love him."
Everyone doubted their marriage and she didn't care. For the first time ever Michael has a woman by his side on an interview, defending him, his love for children, his surgeries, and she is confessing her love to him (even thought Michael doesn't do the same.) Clearing up doubts about their relationship and sex life. And the fact that they continued seeing each other after their divorce shows how much they actually loved each other. For those saying Lisa wanted money from Michael (!) Michael himself says on Rabbi Shmuley's book that he adored Lisa BECAUSE she didn't want anything from him. She had her money and she wasn't seeking money or fame. The fact that Michael decided to have her in "You are not alone" as his wife and forever immortalise image of them together for generations to see wasn't an accident. Michael's every move was very well thought out. They loved each other and I think Michael's fans aren't fair sometimes when it comes to Lisa and believe me I'm a big MJ fan but I think they BOTH made mistakes.

Nearly every time Michael and Lisa try to explain something Diane interrupts them before they can really get into it to ask another question. It's so frustrating and unfair. It's clear to me that she was trying her best to make Michael seem guilty, but since it was live and they couldn't edit it in a manipulative way, instead she hardly let him or Lisa articulate their experiences in the situation. Also the way she worded some of her questions seemed strategic in painting him to be strange when he wasn't at all. And this is totally unrelated but I love the way Michael goes "Oh, wow. Elizabeth's on the show." So cute

When Diane asked about the charges, Lisa looked like she wanted to kill her ! lol but Michael was a loving, heartful, and caring person. People kept trying to make him something that he wasn't and it TRASH !! its not fair that they put him through so much. He deserved so much better, People that he trusted broke him down and tore him apart. Michael Jackson will always remain Known and LOVED !! LOVE YOU MICHAEL RIP

Innocence is in the eyes. Look at his eyes. Ironically they're like a child's eyes filled with innocence and naivety. You can tell the whole thing had left him heartbroken and a shattered man. I feel like the peices of the jigsaw puzzle was never put back together for the rest of his life and there was always a peice or 2 missing he just couldn't find. If ever there was a tragedy of genius proportions it was Michaels death. Imagine having so much awful things happen you need a general anaesthetic! I was raped, beaten physically and mentally tortured for years by a partner and have PTSD, depression, severe anxiety and alot more and I need an incredibly powerful tranquilizer to put me to sleep along with valium and it doesn't always work. I also got addicted to painkillers to numb my head and still the voices and the flashbacks wernt completely silenced. I understand him completely

I'm so happy to say I supported Michael while he was ALIVE. I had no shame in loving him, and it hurts that now it's acceptable to be a fan of his, but he knows that he had a world of people supporting him regardless.
