This is what everyone needs to look at when they complain about knee kicks. The defense for a knee kick is WAY easier than the defense for this shit but we want to BAN knee kicks because "it can ruin your career" so can fighting 🤷

You want to defend yourself from knee kicks PICK YOUR LEG OFF THE GROUND...super simple. Same as any kick, the snap or hyper extension comes from being flat foot and not checking. If your leg is up and bent forward it can't hyper extend backwards. But a submission 🦵🪓🍗 you're literally depending on the ref and the guy holding it to save you.
