Sorry u know for question 5 what do u mean by increase the enzyme concentration or active site concentration?and can u say use different pH?

For question 6.7 why do you get a different answer if you calculate the tangent from 8:00 to 14:00 as i got recurring cm cubed

For question 2 on pi, why did you include the grey area as well, isn5 it only the area where no bacteria is growing which is white in Colour.
