Hello, I have no dental background nor do I plan any ... I just wanted to thank you ... I'm 35yrs old & suffer from childhood trauma. I was treated cus I believed I was throwing up blood; every morning I'd wake up choking on my own blood.

Fast forward; my doctor found scarring on my cheeks. Apparently I've been having night terrors & clench so tightly that I draw blood. I've been watching (what feels like) every YouTube video about dentistry & this was by far the best. I was able to give my dentist suggestions. I think he was shocked & impressed. Simple solution... I wear a mouth guard to bed. I'm finally sleeping!
