Hi everyone! Today I wanted to show you how you can quickly make an at home pumpkin exfoliating treatment mask for yourself for the fall season. Pumpkin has soo many great benefits when it comes to your skin and makes a great exfoliant for the face. Because I am I licensed esthetician, I've learned some tricks along the way on how to create your very own exfoliating masks without spending a fortune. I've always been a fan of the Peter Thomas Roth Pumpkin Enzyme Mask, so why not create it at home for under $10! When I was in esthetician school, we did pumpkin enzyme masks during the fall and it was my favorite because it always left my skin soft, glowing & my makeup always laid so nicely afterwards. I hope you all get the chance to try this out for yourselves!

Mask Ingredients:
2 Tbsp of Pumpkin Puree
1 Tbsp of Honey (I wound up adding a bit more honey because I have drier skin)
1 Tbsp of Brown Sugar
(Optional) 1 Drop of Peppermint Oil
Leave Mask on for 10-15 Min

*Disclaimer*
*Slight tingling is normal, that means its exfoliating your skin! If it is irritating your skin too much, take it off immediately and rinse with cool water.
*Use peppermint oil with caution* If you decide to use peppermint oil, ONLY use 1 drop and keep away from eye area when applying the mask to avoid any stinging!
