Joy is often passive and lets the children walk all over her. However, according to Joy, Chris is too "old school" when it comes to disciplining their children.

#Supernanny #JoFrost

Supernanny is here to tackle tantrums, fights and naughty kids all over the world! Have you ever given your parents a hard time? How do you compare to these kids?

Supernanny will help families get their behavior back on track- but it won’t be easy!! 😭 Expect lots of extreme tantrums, fighting kids and broken rules!

🎥 These episodes were originally on TV from 2004 to 2012, so it might look like it was filmed on a potato!

As someone who grew up in an abusive household, the scene at 7:00 where Jo talks to the boy almost made me cry, the way she reassures him that she is there to make sure he is okay

I wonder if the mom is so reluctant to use discipline because she feels bad about the way the dad treats them, and wants to compensate by only being nice

I feel for that boy. I have had anxiety attacks because of my dad's extreme yelling, and it still sends shivers down my spine when I remember how it seemed to shake the house. I'm glad that boy's family got help, unlike mine.

6:40 that's disgusting that Noah had to say "No because your gonna hurt me.." it literally means that the dad has HURT his own son...

Who else was scrolling on YouTube, found Jo, and is addicted to the show...or is it just me?
also, when she said "the father may scare the kids, but he doesn't scare ME!" she must of felt like the boss!

It always scares me how mad some of the dads are, they can be so aggressive then expect praise for their ‘good parenting’

Dad: „I don’t get respected by my kids.“
Also Dad: (yells at and insults own kids constantly while also trying to overrule his wife on everything.)

It's so nice that Jo talks to the kids and not just the parents

That father isn't old school he is straight up abusive.

I’m very impressed with the changes that the father made. I’m glad he didn’t let his pride get in his way.

If that dad is like that when Jo is there and the cameras are rolling, what's he like when there's no one

i LOVE when the mom stands up for herself in their first conversation with Jo. you can tell she's sick of having to be 2nd place to her husband. relationships should have both partners equal

The way Noah looked at Jo when his dad manhandled him and picked him up to take him upstairs. My heart broke.

The more I watch the supernanny the more I come to realization that it's not the kids who need to change their attitude in order to work on things, but the parents need to do it first. And it seems that this is the case every time Jojo comes to visit the families.

the fact the dad cried during the talk with him and his wife shows that even though he doesnt show it, he cares for his family.
