He reminds me of Hakeem, or Messi. No particularly flashy moves, just great fundamentals, improvisation and balance.

Watching this guy dribble is a study in someone mastering their own physics. He’s just completely aware of his body weight and attack angles at all times.

Like someone else said in the comments, he has defenders beat/sealed from the first move. The rest is just to get a cleaner/better look.

Scariest thing is he isn’t even in his prime yet. He get 3%-5% leaner (not necessarily skinnier) and gains even a half second of speed, in this no defense league, he could have the greatest 5-7 year scoring stretch of all time. Plus, aside from his weight, his ground bound game will be effective until he’s 40.

“Pistol” Pete Maravich (rip) used to explain the various types of hesitation dribbles he employed to create space. Some were one hard bounce off the floor, others were two hard bounces off the floor. Luka has taken that knowledge to another level. Much like Kobe and Air Jordan in their prime, Luka is unguardable.
