Was never a fan of previous Trek bike designs until now. This is the best looking aero design currently out there! Especially, in the Satin Quicksilver colour! Just love that colour /design! I hope to eventually upgrade to this bike even though I don't really need such a high end race bike.

The biggest feature you guys came out with is the $14.000 price tag, now, I paid $8.000 for my 2019 Nissan Altima, that thing weigh a ton, your bike weigh 6Kg and you still managed to convince people it's worth that price tag, that's what I call genius!

This bike literally changed my life! I can’t even imagine myself riding any other bike. Riding and taking care of it feels indescribable.

Hey Trek, any plan to release an effective seat post clamp for the Domane SL5 Gen 4? I have the REV 2 clamp but the seat post still slips, regardless how many times I apply carbon paste, or bring it to the shop I purchased it. It’s so frustrating

nice, but, were you high when setting the price?

Design looks great, but Trek, I suggest you do some pre-emptive reassuring because that seatpost looks fragile as hell and many online share that sentiment. Great bicycles should last decades with proper care and while this (the SL7 version) is one of two bicycles I'm comparing for an eventual purchase--the other is the exceptional value Canyon Aeroad CF SLX 8.0 Di2--but I just can't imagine any sort of real longevity for that seatpost even with any average sort of riding with the expected occasional bump. I know carbon has come a long way but I'm not sure I'm convinced at this point, personally.

@trek - Can you please explain the differences between OCLV 800 and 500. Understanding that there is a weight difference, through using less higher strength carbon, however does that change also adjust the ride. i.e. are the ride qualities of the SLR and SL imperceivable, when racing (!).

Why are your framesets 2000$ more in Europe than in the US ?

What is the rider weight limit with this isoflow system? Looks like it should be more limited than traditional frame setup...

Never thought a bicycle would cost this much 😂

This bike is insanely priced... If your filthy rich and money is not an object for you go for it... But for an ordinary Jo like me.. That is a insane money and I rather spend it on some other bike brand like canyon or GIANT Propel..

Why better than the Specialized S-Works SL8.

But we want a rim brake model

Where are the damn rim brakes... Will have to stick with my current Emonda SLR rim brake model until you finally come to your senses again...

So, you're telling me this bike is lighter, stiffer and faster?
