The Kelly Clarkson Show Accused of Being a Toxic Work Environment

‘The Kelly Clarkson Show’ is facing allegations of being a toxic work environment after ‘Rolling Stone’ published an article with interviews from one current and 10 former employees of the daytime talkshow.

I believe Kelly will make whatever changes that need to be made. Let’s not forget, she fired a guitar player during a set while on tour because he was disrespectful to a fan. She had no problem doing it onstage either. I’m sure there are plenty of producers that would love to work on her show.

I am not questioning the allegations but I find it interesting that only Ellen and Kelly shows were investigated by same reporter and none of the men’s shows. Just odd.

My opinion is that when a Tv-show Host becomes more popular & successful there's always someone who wants to destroy their career by spreading either false accussions or sometimes even as a high ranking staff even abuse their own position to making their staff badly intentionally so they can blame'd it on the Host

Kelly would never be toxic and definitely doesn’t know what’s really going on….if she did she would have done something about it. The producers and HR probably have kept like 90% of what goes on behind the scenes from Kelly so she has no clue

This is the same thing that happened on Ellen. The host rarely knows any of this, which is why they have an HR and PR person to deal with things like this. She would be quite upset to know this is how some people feel.

Everyone is overly sensitive. I have a hard time believing they aren't blowing this out of proportion. Everyone wants to be a victim.

Some people need to grow up. Not everyone at work is gonna coddle you and give you stickers at the end of the day! I swear, people use the word toxic too easily!
