Elosanta literally calls people NPCs and is exclusively rude to everyone, which is weirdly something an NPC with no more quests or dialogue would do. They're just repeatedly rude and have nothing going for them. Good on him that he has a girlfriend and plays league all day. That's literally all he has. I don't know anyone that genuinely likes him and doesn't think he's a future child-tickler.
