Ey man, with these kind of guitars.. it is hard to mute the lower strings with the palm ? I guess if you dont mute those.. the guitar would sound "clean"

Nah. No soul in it. You just took some technical prog riffs and jumbled them together. Try again. Make it sing. What you did was tasteless and garbage for that song. It may work with something else, but definitely not that song. It's a balance. I'm sure you've heard the same that less is more. Well what you did is more is too much. Less is more, less is less, more is more and more is less. This is definitely one of those situations where less is more. Find it and try again. What you did absolutely does not fit in any way with that song. It's like a great tattoo badly placed. The good tattoo artist flows with the lines of the body part that they are inking. You got to flow with the lines of the song. You didn't do that at all. It's like you took an amazing piece of art and placed a square ink stamp on it. You would be much better off playing the vocal melody and slightly juicing it up with some pitch bends, harmonics and a couple of arpeggios properly placed rather than that technical bundle of jargon you just did.
