Just looked out of the window at a street cleaner working away and obviously taking immense pride in his work, even though it is drizzling with rain. Bending down to pick up every cigarette butt that his oversized broom won't. Comically, trying to stamp on a crisp packet that the slight wind mockingly teases him with. Only looking up to dispose of his gain. All without removing a now wet cigarette from his lips.

At the same time on the TV, news was all about the Oscars and "who wore what" and " who said what" and "who won what". Then interviews with actors and actresses and their makers who seriously think they have some define importance over the rest of us, all because they can lie more convincingly then the average person on the street. People so full of their own self worth, all giving acceptance speeches and being received as if they had single handedly found the solution to World hunger!. Jesus they made a film! usually a film that cost millions of dollars to make, you'd had to be pretty poor at your work to fail after being given 100's of millions of dollars to do it!....But, of course, all pro forma in an industry where hatred, savagery, and perversion are cash-cowed to the drooling masses in the name of 'art.' !

Oh well, it will never change I guess,

Looking back to the window, the street cleaner looks back behind him, yep a job well done, and a spotless twenty metres of pavement. No reward, just self satisfaction. Little does he know he provided me with five minutes of glorious entertainment!

..Give that man an oscar!
