Update:I'm replacing this keyboard lasted me for 1 year and 11 months before getting problems with the left Ctr and Shift keys.

I'm using this keyboard and suddenly my A and Z buttons become volume control button. A become increase volume and Z become decrease volume button. Anyone can help with my problem?
