A couple of my tri team and I will be out in Valencia and our challenge now is to get off the bike in time to have Harry run past us!!! Good look into the less than spectacular British winter training days when every other pro seems to be somewhere sunny!!!

Cracking advice but, personally, I can't ditch the music. My head's not a good place to be in when left unattended so I find the distraction of music massively improves my run which, consequently, hugely improves my metal health 😊
