I know this has nothing to do with it cuz it's not in the workplace but hospital when my mom was sick in the hospital they talk about racism why was the black nurse mean to my mother we were making a report to the Alberta health and then when it's a white nurse sounds funny just say this she was super nice to my mom I don't know if it's because my mom is a bigger woman that the black woman was mean to my mom but we reported it I think she was Somalian and that's not okay so you're talking about in the workplace it happens to patients too

Agree with universal protocols in the treatment of sickle cell and other health problems. By reducing the discretion of the healthcare provider, you reduce the opportunities for bias to creep into decision-making.
