I'm so excited to share my top 6 drinks to help crush cravings for weight loss. Handling cravings and making your diet fun is a major key for successful weight loss. These weight loss friendly drinks can help by being low calorie or high protein.

Watermelon Slushie:
300g frozen watermelon chunks
Diet sprite/sparkling water/reg water until you get the right consistency. I try to add just enough to get it to blend since my blender isn't the best.

Iced Chai Latte:
1-2 bag bengal spice celestial seasonings tea steeped in 1/2 cup water
1/2 cup milk of choice
3tsp liquid allulose

Iced Thai Tea Latte:
1 bag wang derm thai tea steeped in 3/4c water
2 tbsp of evaporated milk
4-6 tsp liquid allulose

Brown sugar salted caramel Protein Boba:
1 packet boba bam brown sugar boba (can swap with any boba you like just make sure you know if it's just the pearls or pearls and syrup and that the calories/ingredients fit your goals)
1 serving of salted caramel protein drink mixed in

Rootbeer float:
1/2c of Dryers Slow Churned Vanilla
Diet Rootbeer (could use reg diet, zevia, or Olipop)

Protein lemonade:
12oz water
1/2 scoop Isopure Infusions Citrus Lemonade
Add additional sweetener (optional. I used strawberry watermelon Mio)

That watermelon slushie is genius! So excited to try. Another great one is aqua fresca. I basically swap my afternoon coffee with it -- blended fruit, lime/lemon juice, and I mix it with bubbly soda water. I think I like them best since it's only a half step removed from a smoothie, so it's pretty much just... fruit, instead of soda/candy/etc. ngl tho that boba hack sounds amazing.

How timely! I am just now drinking a smoothie made only from fruit, and this is a big deal for me because usually I do not like fruit at all. But, apparently, I DO like 5 or 6 different fruits when they are frozen and then blended together with a bit of water and drunk through a straw. This is a game changer, seriously. Going to make it so much easier to get more nutrients.

Love your videos! Definitely going to try the watermelon slushy! As a chai tea lover myself, I wanted to suggest you try the chai tea concentrate from Trader Joe’s! It’s fantastic especially if you like iced chai! I combine it with oat milk and add a dash of cinnamon over ice and it’s my go to. No more spending a ton at Starbucks. It’s actually better in my opinion. 💜 has that spicy factor you were saying! Amazing!

Dreyer’s Slow Churned may be called “Edy’s” where you live. It’s the same company but different name depending on the region. I live in Houston and I’m pretty sure I’ve seen one of them here - I forget which name. There’s a locator on their website and it looks like they mostly sell it at Kroger and Target in TX.

I had no idea you were in my city! I cant find the dreyers slow churned either and its my favorite! Love all these ideas. It is supposed to be SUPER hot this super in atx so looking forward to these. Especially the Chia tea one!!

I LOVE fairlife, they sell the vanilla ones at BJ's and Sams, I can never find it in Costco. Publix sells a vanilla frozen yogurt that packs some protein, might be delicious in the rootbeer float!

These are great, thank you for sharing! I know what I'm doing with some leftover watermelon now. Also, I sweeten my homemade chai lattes with Mike's Hot Honey - not as low-cal as allulose but adds that extra spicy/smooth kick close to the real chai/Starbucks.
