Is Queen Street West Toronto's coolest neighborhood? I think it's right up there. Filled with funky fashion shops, trendy cafes, great restaurants, patios, patios, and more patios, this district is a must visit on any trip to Toronto if you want to really feel the city's vibe at it's fullest. In this video, I'll show you where to grab bagels and coffee, a nice ramen shop, talk about some of the differences I am noticing between Canada and Thailand, and give you some advice on visiting Toronto and this district in particular.

Chris, a neighborhood map of Toronto identifies Little Portugal. How much Portuguese (restaurants, shops, etc.) is there along Dundas Street these days? Maybe you could do an episode where you walk through and find out? Same experiment with Little Tibet, if you have the time and inclination.

Another episode idea would be to visit the outdoor food fest down at the waterfront if it's still going on (I think this site is near the BMO Field.)

Yes, include the airbnb stuff. I live in Chiang Mai by the way, where my rent in a decent hotel room is less than $300 FOR AN ENTIRE MONTH. Never been to Toronto, but you couldn't find a better deal? A few years ago I rented an airbnb room with a private bath in Palermo, Sicily, downtown in nice building for $25 a night, maybe can't get that deal now.

Wow..that B&B has a 5 star- hotel price. When my family and i go to Toronto we could only afford a Holiday Inn level hotel at the price of $130 -150. :)
