Interesting stuff! There are a few more mods that people have done to them. The biggest one that I think everyone should do is putting a protective sleeve over the spring to prevent the majority of stuff getting into the piston. Especially if adding grease as this will catch all the dust and grit that may have previously not been an issue. An old road bike inner tube and some thin cable ties works perfect for this. Also looks a lot better IMO. For others watching this, I suggest looking at the mods Chewie has done that are discussed on the Zerode Owners Facebook Group

Thanks for posting this! Would be great to post on the Zerode site too. Agree wtih Dougy's post below. Steve Gould (Chewie) has a couple good videos he made. His mod with the rubber boot and lubing is on his YouTube channel (Steve Gould). I just did them, including the piston lube, and tensioner works much better. Overall, the tensioner seems to be the 'weak link' in the P&G drivetrain on a full-suspension bike, so really paying close attention to maintenance on it is key! Please keep posing any design improvements you guys come up with!
