Shades of Land (S2RAI Project Ethiopia)

Показать описание
The Support to Responsible Agricultural Investments (S2RAI) Project promotes internationally recognized principles and guidelines to ensure food and land tenure security for communities in the context of large-scale commercial land investment as well as strengthen the institutional frameworks and coordination structures at federal and regional levels in relations to responsible agricultural investment in Ethiopia.
Conflicts related to land hinder long-term investments and benefits for communities, smallholders, and investors. Therefore, the S2RAI Project offers and facilitates conflict resolution mechanisms and community dialogue fora on land tenure rights and responsible agricultural investments to unite and bring community and investors together in their interests.
The S2RAI Project is implemented within the Global Program on Responsible Land Policy as part of the German Special Initiative “One World – No Hunger” of the German Federal Ministry for Economic Cooperation and Development (BMZ).
