Nice video, but I caught some errors or omissions:

1) The share value decreases only if the President of the corporation sell it's shares (and it drops one more time if there are shares in the open market).
2) Privates do count towards certificate limit if it is owned by a player.
3) The corporation only have to buy trains if they have a valid route.
4) A corporation can only issue a number of shares equal to the number of shares held by players minus the number of shares in the open market (the 50% limit still applies).
5) You cannot lay track if the track connects to a side of a gray hex that doesn't have tracks.
6) When the corporation upgrades a tile, it must reach smoe of the new track layed.
7) When you run N/M trains, onw of the locations MUST have one of the corporation's running the train.
8) Phased out trains don't count towards train limit.
9) In a forced train purchase, the corporation must (not may) issue shares, if possible, before the president pays for it out of his/hers pocket.
10) When a corporation issue shares in a forced train purchase, the share value drops one space for every share that the corporation must issue and then the corporation receives one value lower
than this new stock price for all shares issued.
11) The Independent Corporations may lay tracks as the Major Corporations (2 yellow tiles or 1 yellow and an upgrade).

Thanks for making this video!
