I have one in the black finish.
Very easy to open the various tools and the lock is easy to operate. Scissor is a little small for my liking, but does the job well enough.
All in all a great bit of kit.

I just bought one myself at Home Depot for $37 dollars + tax. it is the black version. Only Con I could find is the saw is a little too short in length. Other than that I'm happy with my purchase.
