Ronnie i’ve had 15 surgeries, and I need multiple more on my feet now. I keep pushing every day I didn’t walk for a couple years and I actually had somebody yesterday and one of my walks say how can you have so many surgeries and so much wrong with you and you walk like normal. I said perseverance. If you don’t push your gonna go downhill, your only option is to try. No matter how many steps you take as long as you were taking them you are moving forward.

Ronnie is a bodybuilding icon. I have been following him since I was a teenager and he was the reason I started my fitness journey. I trained hard for years, but I was hardly getting any muscles. My diet was bad, I have always eaten 'just enough' thinking it would be sufficient. Then I got proper diet plan on OnlyMeal, and it helped me gain few pounds in the first month of using it.
