I sure wouldn't put the ceramic piece in a condo. I looked up Miller's Mud Mill and it was a hobby run amok. They were in Dumas, AR for 39 years, but closed in July 2024. They have all 5-star ratings and glowing verbiage. They produced all OOAK, high-end pieces. Their website is down so I couldn't check prices, but your piece could be close to 1K. The TP holder looks exactly like Don. It's hilarious!!! (I needed that tonight.) That lamp is super easy to fix. I love that lanter with the roses that was in with the gold plates!!! George, If OJ Simpson answers, there's a big problem, since he died. Red Dress is an initiative from the American Heart Assoc. Wear red on Friday's for heart awareness. What a gorgeous sunset!!!

Miller's closed last year, after 40 years of hand crafted pottery. Pottery similar to your 2005 piece, were selling at Miller's for $165.

Kinda sad when it happens but if you are in a care home and pass they have to put all your belongings into storage if no relatives or directives and then all your money pays for storage until your money runs out then the unit goes up for auction. At least now it will all have a new life and purpose.

The multicolored dish is from Millers Mud Mill in Arkansas maybe around 3-400.00 Doll hairs.They closed at the end of 2024 after 40 yrs spinning hand crafted dishes and cups.

Miller's Mud pottery bowl could be worth $100 to $200 because of it's size. Miller closed her store last year in July '24 because she wanted to spend more time with her family and new granddaughter. She may open up again eventually.
Marshall's isn't that cheap with some things. I bought necklaces and other jewelry at an auction and Marshall's price tag said $125.00 on one. Others were in the $80s and $90s. I think the brand is Coldwater Creek, but I'm not certain.
