so in conclusion, the grinch’s heart grew not from his newfound love for Christmas, but from his extreme cycle of anabolics.

It blows my mind that in 2024, you have to blur out the word ‘death’, even in text, because the YouTube algorithm can’t figure out that this is a medical research channel and that it doesn’t violate the TOS. They still can’t get it tight

Probably don't want to say "He had a big heart" at the funeral in cases like this.

The strain on your organs and lingering effects of steriod and sarms cannot be understated.
You'd force your whole hormone system out of whack causing skin, organ and mental challenge's aswell and your balls will shrink from abusing that shit.
Remember, you only hear the successful stories, the unsuccessful stories are most of the time not told.

Maybe a low TRT dose at higher age might be beneficial, since your hormone production reduces with age.

Yeah, steroid abuse is glorified and its risks are often dismissed. Thank you for making this video.

Most people have no idea how popular steroids are nowadays. Users mainly just don’t talk about it

I thought about roids in college when seeing a teammate warm up with 405 on bench for 12. I struggled to get 385 once. He blew out his knee just coming out of his stance in a game, wasn’t touched. Turns out his ligaments were utterly shot because he was using such rapid weight increases and joints didn’t build up with his muscles. In a month I was out lifting him when he quit the juice to rehab his knee. I decided it wasn’t worth the risk and am glad I didn’t give in.

I took steroids for about 6 months 9 years ago. The first 3 months went fine then I took a break for 3 months then went back to taking steroids for another 3 months and thats when the uncontrollable hiccups started…

For no less than two weeks I had non stop hiccups. Silly as it may sound I genuinely felt exhausted, embarrassed, and terrified all the time. These two/three weeks felt like years and I never touched the stuff again.

The muscles I built during those 6 months were more than what I’ve built in the previous 2 years, not to mention the attention! It really does get to you especially if you enjoy the sport itself. The better alternative I’ve found though is to just focus on lifting for general health and fitness and I couldn’t be more happy with my current strength and endurance!

As for supplements, I’m taking creatine, Arginine, Magnesium, Calcium, Omega 3, Zinc, and Tongkat Ali.

As a female- one thing I ALWAYS wanted was abs. I worked out with a personal trainer (both male and female) and dietician for almost 5 years in my early 20s. Finally, I came to the realization that my body shape is just not meant for exposed abs. My female trainer tried to offer me steroids many times to help me achieve my goal. I almost said yes a few times because I thought I wouldn’t be happy if I didn’t reach my goal.

Now, in my early 30s I am active, fit, do aerial sports and still don’t have noticeable definition in my stomach, but I know I’m strong in my core and that’s what counts.

I hate seeing men and women, especially young men and women get into steroids. But I also understand the appeal. Just hope if I can prevent even one person from getting started, I’ll be happy. I feel good in my body and my body is the only one I get. It’s important to take care of it.

I'm a male, 5'8 and 24, I dont know why but that case at the beginning hit me especially hard. It feels like looking at a version of myself that made the wrong decisions for the sake of appearance. Oddly helpful video for self-acceptance

I've been working with drug addicts, alcoholics and people using steroids for many years. I've seen many die from overdose, but the truly scaring thing are the ones dying from complications due to their previous use of steroids. Litteral sudden death.

The danger is surprisingly underestimated.

As someone who had ever so slightly considered trying steroids I say thank you. Thank you for giving me the information to make an informed choice (in addition to my other research). I will NOT be partaking.

A colleague at work who was a doctor died from steroid abuse. He was a beast but it’s really sad as he was only 40 and only just became a consultant.

One thing I can thank my parents for, is that they always explained to me from a young age that I'd never have the body of Arnold or Sylvester because they did steroids, and that steroids are very, very dangerous.
