In this video, I've learned lot of things about the history of tourisms and hospitality such as the different hotels in different countries and eras that became popular and famous. It also tells us that we must familiarize and know the history of it because as a BSHM student, it have a big contribute to our future job. This video made us realize also how importance the traveling in the past decades. If in our generation, we travel for tourist destination and trips, on other era they travel for works and religious purposes.

I learned about the History of Tourism and Hospitality is about the Renaissance Period or Elizabeth Eras that when we say Renaissance Era it is what is said to be the fall of great roman of speed or it is said that rebirth of the culture means revival of Europe and France culture and the well -known universities have developed it and we can travel for education to study abroad. Travel for education became popular in the 16th century.

From what I've learned in the video about the History of Tourism and Hospitality. It has always been a basic human nature or trait for people to travel and explore, and in the early days of tourism, tourism had two forms: travel for business and travel for religious purposes. And also, I learned that in the medieval period,  travel became burdensome, dangerous, and demanding because the roads were not maintained and unsafe because of the thieves that could harm the traveller.
