for those of you saying it was a stroke, it wasn't. i had a hamster who used to do this whenever he was scared or surprised. i did a little bit of google research and found that hamster do indeed freeze up whenever they're scared as a defense mechanism. very low chance it is having a stroke

It's a very common problem just press on the 3 dots on his back then go to advanced settings, food settings and enable eating then restart
