Im about to embark on my online content career with this being my first decent camera, I've been waiting for this thing to drop for AGES!!! I'd love to see a microphone jack, better quality in low light scenarios, better 4k FPS, and HOPEFULLY they include lens interchangeability (this would diminish the need for a ZV-E1-II). Im crossing my fingers and hoping that the lens will be interchangeable.

If this camera has 10-bit color and unlimited recording, I'm going to be livid. I just bought a first gen ZV-1 and those are really the only two features I miss going from my full frame Sony bodies.

Hey Gaston, pretty excited for ZV1-II. I need to buy a new camera for my channel soon. Is there a way to use the ZV-1 with a teleprompter? I found some clamp mechanism, but not available here in Asia. Do you know if lens adapters are sturdy enough to attach them to a teleprompter?

Do you think they will fix the overheating issues from the first model of the zv-1?

It needs to be able to shoot at least 1 hour of 4K30p footage before overheating on its own.

I have the original ZV 1 and in order for me to do that I have to have it on a tripod, have a cage on it, charge it with an external battery and have my battery door open.

It is doable in a studio setting but the camera really should be able to do this without any extra steps.

I absolutely love my Z-V1 because it's so portable. But 10bit, 4K 60, Wider Lens and better Stabilisation would make it the perfect Vlogging pocket camera. Love it <3

The original ZV-1 is already really good. Even in 2023.
To make it even better I'd like Sony to add the following:
1. Bigger battery, better battery life.
2. S&Q mode for straight out of camera timelapses and slowmo wideos. I miss this feature from Canon cameras.
3. 4k60 mode
5. S-Cinetone PP
6. Some sort of a filter thread to allow extension lens and additional filters. They can design something similar to Ulanzi WL-1 without a need to glue anything to the lens.

Why you are thinking it will be zv1-II and not zv-e10 II ? Comparing to the camera mount, on the zv-1 is on the left and on the zv-e10 is on the right. On the announcement image the mount is also on the right. Also the zv-1 was released 2020, zv-1f released 2022 ( 2 years difference) and the zv-e10 released 2021 and now it is ready for an update. I need a new camera and now I have to wait to see what will be released...

Hopefully it has way better stabilization and a wide angle lens. Oh and please still keep the RAW format for photos (ZV-1F doesn't have it)! RAW format is good for taking thumbnail photos for editing them later (more details in photos). Plus it makes it perfect for travel vloggers who want to take pictures for there IG, Facebook or travel blog as well as film travel vlogs in 4K with the same camera. I do travel vlogs so if they will add way better stabilization and a wide angle lens I may save money for it! I currently use a DJI Pocket 2 for video!✌️❤️

4K 60p seems a stretch in this body, Even at 4K 30p the LCD screen has to dim to stop the thing overheating which makes it almost unviewable in sunlight. Then, even if it does - it will rip through those batteries like there is no tomorrow (unless of course they update them somehow - unlikely they will put batteries from other models in as it will make the form factor too big). Also - not convinced they will want to cannibalise there other cameras. I can see the wider angle lens being a thing though.

zv-1M2 must have 16mm wide lens and 4K60.

If in fact the ZV-1ii actually comes with 10-bit 422 recording capabilities, than the $1, 000 price tag would make more sense. As of yet, I haven't heard of any specs being verified at the moment.
