My pastor didnt want to pray for President Trump on a pray for your president day because it was too political but then when BLM riots were breaking out, organized a peace walk and put it in the bulletin and i had several leaders call me to ask if I was coming. Now Im not against a peace walk, but why was that pushed but we couldn't pray for our president?

Glad you’ve jumped off the controversial topics and are back to why we all came. I agree wholeheartedly with this and had to call my own mother out on something she posted. I had to recite the Bible to her as it was completely unbiblical. I then had to check my own heart and address how bitter I was becoming. Which is my own sin.

I had some of these people in my extended family. It made me sick! The senior pastor of a mega church also posted that black square on his instagram. Showing his true colors for sure!

I think they’re hypocrites on both political sides. Conservatives and liberal.

Two years or so ago, i did a sermon on the importance of the doctrine of the image of God. During that message (and I'll probably get censored by our Almighty Overlords at YouTube for posting this), I spoke on how our reaction to covid wrecked this because we started looking at each other as disease-ridden animals raher than people, and I also spoke on how the trans agenda is a direct assault on the image of God, basically saying that you see yourself as God when you declare that you are a different sex.

Most of the congregation agreed with me and thanked me for saying what I said. But apparently, I made someone mad, because I was reprimanded by our elders for saying mean things.

I didn't back down. And nowadays, they have realized that I was right. They didn't tell me directly, but given the things I have heard from them in recent months, combined with two other things that happened which I will not go into at this time, I think they have seen that what I said was true.

Take heart, folks. There ARE people who want to hear the truth. We just need to keep saying it.
