OOH! I am loving the Wildlands vibes coming from this especially the AI teammates in the cutscene, I pray that means they will have actual banter and dialogue in this op -- I have high hopes for this, much higher than that battle royale mess.

If it's anything like Wildlands, then it might be cool, because Wildlands was better than Breakpoint. I hope this takes longer than the previous three DLCs. I can't wait to see this!

With all these years and surveys and forums and so much interaction from our ghost Recon community, Ubisoft clearly has disappointed us one more time and dropped the ball BIGTIME...we the community gave them basically a whole game in a silver platter and they chose to go with the goddamn trend that fortnite and cod war zone started the whole battle Royale and stupid looting system, designed to sell stupid cosmetics that are so unnecessary tbh...The GR franchise should know that in 20 years of play, it's main audience and community its young to adults in their 40's (like myself) and we give them all kinds of ideas, told them the games we wanted in terms of settings, sound, realism, locations(GR wildalnds continuation or ghost recon title with more requested features added ) etc...SOO much info that they simply ignored.Also they forgot about solo players and 3rd person games players if I may add..they could had gotten switch views modes on this one at least)

Anyways my little rant...after seeing ghost recon frontline and the other pvp that looks like the division with punk rock looking characters and Fluor gun skins (can't even remember the name of that garbage Defiance? or something like that) I'm done with Ubisoft..they prefer to go with the trends and Catter the taste of little kids who enjoy gunning & running like headless chicken on the battlefield. A great military franchise ruined and a great name like Tom Clancy tainted... thank you Ubisoft for making me go totally soft...

Please Ubisoft, we just need tactical missions. Forget about drones and all the technologies. Focuses on stealth and tactical missions! And god, please, a better story telling withou so much backtracking to just talk with people around the island.

Given that they announced the next "Ghost Recon" project as Frontline which we all know is yet another BR PvP game... As a fan of the franchise an active GR player, Motherland is obviously the only thing to look forward for the foreseeable future.

I sincerely hope it's much bigger than Amber Sky. Content that you can actually chewy on.

The initial story premise feels similar to a Wildlands rehash. Which is ok by me as this is a dlc. I've been wanting a Wildlands 2. If they ever actually create a Wildlands 2 game, hopefully it's an entirely new story and plot. But for a Breakpoint dlc, I'm fine with a bit of a rehash from one of the best GR games ever.

I’ve come to the conclusion that 2017 was the last good year for Ubi. WD2 and Wildlands and Origins were absolutely awesome. They had Far Cry 5 in 2018, but other than that, everything’s sucked since then.
