U.S. CAPITOL BUILDING AND DOME! (4K)

The U.S. Capitol Building in Washington, D.C. is where the U.S. Congress (House of Representatives) and U.S. Senate meet and pass laws. It features the recognizable dome, which was based on St. Peter's Basilica dome in Rome. The building was completed in 1800 and was partially burnt down by the British in the War of 1812. The building was stormed in January 2021, which was witnessed all around the world, but despite this, the electoral college votes were still tallied hours later and a new President of the United States was chosen.
