Free Lawnmower, Will It Run?

We ran down to Niagara Falls to sell the 9/24 Craftsman snowblower we did a video on last week & a friend of ours said we could have his lawn mower, provided we picked it up. It was just our luck that it was right around the corner from where we sold the snow blower!
After spraying some carb cleaner into it to get it warmed up, we changed the oil, scraped the deck, sharpened the blade, under coated it, changed the spark plug (Champion RN14YC), replaced the cracked air box, replaced the broken throttle spring, hit it with some "Wipe New" & it's ready to go!
