Today I made baked apples! These easy baked apples are stuffed with cottage cheese, raisin, dried cranberries and nuts. It is a healthy and delicious cottage cheese dessert!
Who likes apples? Baked apples are so healthy, full of fiber, vitamin C and other vitamins. Do you like cottage cheese? Besides, cottage cheese is full of protein and calcium. No sugar added to the apples, only honey and apples are naturally sweet!
These baked cinnamon apples are so aromatic and delicious from cinnamon.
I used red and green apples in this baked apples recipe. You can use any apples you like. The apples are baked at 350 F for 40-45 minutes. Bake more or less depending on how soft you like your apples. I like my apples to keep shape and be pretty.
Baked apples is a great low-calorie alternative to sugar loaded desserts. The apples are great treats for kids!
